Key Responsibilities
  • Make outgoing calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests, and questions
  • Connect with our prospective and existing travellers both over the phone and via email
  • Ask the right questions to ascertain the needs of each unique traveller and recommend the product and services for the traveller based on their needs including any extra services to enhance their experience
  • Initiate revenue generating connections to reach monthly sales targets
  • Work with both speed and efficiency while consistently displaying compassion and care in every connection
  • Track opportunities and report daily on sales goals and conversions
  • Sell, process, enter, and confirm room reservations using selling techniques and strategies
Requirements
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English
  • Must be willing to work afternoon hours from 02:45 PM to 11:45 PM
  • Superior selling skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to convince and persuade
