About This Role

Join NTA TRAVEL℠ in New Cairo as a Hotel & Event Housing Sales Representative. In this hotel housing sales role, you will help conference and event attendees find and book hotel accommodation. You will speak with prospective and existing customers by phone and email, recommend suitable hotel stays, confirm room reservations and work towards monthly sales targets. This is an opportunity to build a career in event housing and hotel reservations within our Meetings & Events team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outgoing calls and assist conference and event attendees with hotel reservations, confirmations, room requests and questions
  • Connect with prospective and existing conference and event travellers by phone and email
  • Understand each attendee’s accommodation needs and recommend suitable hotel stays and additional services
  • Initiate revenue generating connections to reach monthly sales targets
  • Work with both speed and efficiency while consistently displaying compassion and care in every connection
  • Track opportunities and report daily on sales goals and conversions
  • Sell, process and confirm hotel room reservations for conference and event attendees using effective sales techniques
Requirements
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English
  • Must be willing to work afternoon hours from 02:45 PM to 11:45 PM
  • Superior selling skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to convince and persuade
