About This Role

Join our dynamic Client Management team as a Field Sales professional in Las Vegas. This role focuses on proactive prospecting and building relationships with key decision makers in the travel and hospitality industry. You'll be responsible for growing NTA Travel's client portfolio through consultative selling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect and conduct in-depth discovery with key decision makers to fully understand their travel and event needs
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of NTA Travel's core services, solutions, and customization capabilities, along with their value and differentiation in the market
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses to executive-level audiences, clearly showcasing our competitive advantages
  • Grow NTA Travel's client portfolio and revenue through contract negotiation and securing new customers
  • Partner with our operations and implementation teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and transaction targets while upholding the highest level of integrity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales strategy and execution
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, document value delivered, and provide timely responses to client inquiries
  • Take ownership of new business sales specifically within the Spanish market
Requirements
  • 2+ years of consultative selling experience in the travel, hospitality, or SaaS/tech industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM, pipeline management, proposal tools, and sales enablement platforms
  • Strong prospecting, prioritization, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and dedicated to surpassing goals
  • Advanced analytical and financial skills to support data-driven decision-making
  • A strong networker who thrives on building and maintaining relationships across all levels of seniority
  • Ability to travel 25–50% of the time, with the flexibility to work remotely
